Called Admiral Security and they came out the next day. Looked at our patio door lock that needed replacing and he immediately said "you have Roto locks and they are excellent locks but this one is discontinued. " Then he said It will cost you a lot to replace the whole locking system so let me look around the country and see if I can find just the middle section that you need. Well - he found one and it saved me a lot of money! They installed it and also adjusted two other doors that have Roto locks. This company went out of their way to take care of me and they did an excellent job! You can't find service like this anymore! This company is fantastic and I wouldn't call anyone else!
